Start-up Innovation Programme

An immersive three-month programme designed to help participants develop innovative approaches to business challenges in oil and gas, HSSE, engineering, technology, geology & geophysical studies, local materials substitution, renewable energy, social development, and human capital development sectors.

The TIIC Innovation programme is a foundational programme in the Technology Incubation programme, designed to help Nigerian entrepreneurs and inventors formulate innovative ideas and turn them into transformational and viable businesses. The main objective is for graduates of this programme to progress further to the TIIC Entrepreneurship programme.

Finalists will be notified via email if they have been selected for admission into the T2022A batch on May 22, 2022

All admitted canditates are required to be in attendance for the T2022A programme introduction and orientation on June 22, 2022 at the TIIC Floor, NCDMB Towers, Yanegoa, Bayelsa State

Programme sessions starts June 24, 2022

Explore Programme Outline

Participants are provided with free work spaces with necessary logistics; fiber optic internet connection through WiFi and LAN connecting each unit office, a prototyping lab, a design thinking lab, and library services will also be provided to enable accelerated skills and knowledge transfer.

Participants are takens on various field visits relating to their respective ideas or concepts beginning from August 22nd to 31st, 2022.

The T2022A Innovation programme is schedule to end september 22nd, 2022, with certification of the ideas and concepts by - ISO 56000,and Certified Innovation Manager (CIM). Also, participants will be presenting their start up ideas to senior management and technical advisory committee members of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitory Board

Participants will at this time go on one month break to resume for the TIIC Entrepreneurship Programme scheduled to begin in October 22, 2022
